About the Position

Join us as a Business Development Manager and help scale revenue, build strong client relationships, and unlock new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Adjust and strengthen J-VERS’ value proposition to better align with customer needs.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and drive conversion from test campaigns to full-scale budget commitments.
  • Close deals in line with KPIs and secure long-term revenue growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance and overall revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Traffic Acquisition, Product/Software, etc.) to tailor strategies, optimize performance, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to leverage data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of achieving business growth, revenue targets, or partnership objectives.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with international markets.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment, HR Tech, programmatic advertising, digital marketing, or SaaS industries.
  • Experience selling technology solutions or managing enterprise-level clients.
