Business Development Manager

IТ-Enterpise is a Ukrainian developer of modern digital and cloud solutions for business management, a provider and promoter of Industry 4.0 technologies.

Our goal is to make business simple and provide the best business solutions for our clients worldwide.

Our products include: ERP system IT-Enterprise, tender platform SmartTender, service for automated equipment maintenance SmartEAM, CRM systems Clobbi, electronic document management service Signy, accounting software MASTER.

Responsibilities

Business and Product Development

• Identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
• Developing strategies to increase profit and scale the business.
• Evaluating development options: risks, costs, benefits, and recommending the optimal solution.

Client and Partner Relations

• Building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Analyzing their needs and proposing solutions to achieve business goals.
• Participating in external events and negotiations to promote the product.

Market Analysis

• Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and the competitive environment.
• Identifying new opportunities for product development and adapting it to market needs.

Collaboration with Other Teams

• Working with the finance department on the development budget.
• Participating in the development of marketing and sales strategies.
• Collaborating with other product teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Development Specialist in IT products for at least 3 years.
• Successful experience in developing SaaS solutions for small and medium businesses. Experience in accounting automation.
• Analytical mindset and ability to form growth strategies.
• Experience in building and optimizing sales funnels, lead generation, and customer journey.
• Project or team management skills.
