Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

About the Position

Callista Group AG, a Swiss IT company specializing in providing expert teams for consulting and engineering, is seeking a Business Development Manager (m/w/d) in Zug, Switzerland. Join us in guiding companies through their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage specific customer needs in collaboration with clients.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from proposal creation to contract signing.
• Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships, from operational contacts to C-Level executives.
• Develop new business in the areas of Cloud, AI, Security, and ICT services.
• Identify new market and business opportunities in Switzerland.
• Work closely with technical and operational teams to design optimal customer solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of sales experience in the IT/ICT sector, preferably in staffing or IT services.
• Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies, AI, Software Engineering, or Cybersecurity – you speak the language of IT professionals.
• A strong network within the Swiss ICT landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Initiative, goal orientation, and a passion for acquiring new business.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the staffing or IT services sector.
• Proficiency in German and English.
