About the Position
ZeeFrames, a creative UI/UX design agency, is seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth while leading and managing our existing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Personally generate leads, manage proposals, negotiate, and close deals through multiple business-development channels.
- Achieve assigned financial targets and manage the Sales roster to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 lead coverage across shifts.
- Monitor team performance, lead-response quality, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Guide and mentor team members where needed.
- Coordinate daily with other team leads and report to the Head of Department.
- Remain flexible with working hours based on lead-generation windows and company requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant business-development and sales experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with freelancing channels and closing international clients.
- Proven team-management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform under financial targets.
- Experience in UI/UX, creative design, or digital agency sales is a strong advantage.
Compensation
- Competitive salary package
- The package will include a base salary and an OTE component, finalized during the interview process.
- OTE will be paid only upon achieving 100% of the assigned financial target.
- Commission will be paid separately according to company policy.
