As the Business Development Manager for Sri Lanka, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position.

Responsibilities

Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion
Present our products and services to new clients
Conduct market research on a regular basis
Identify key markets and provide input
Build strategies for specified markets
Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets
Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients
Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
Attend major industry events
Document business development activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
2+ years in a similar industry
Fluency in English and Sinhala and/or Tamil; any other language will be considered an advantage
Computer literacy with good command of Google apps
Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes
Keep a proactive position in running a business
Ability to travel when required
