About the Position

Business Development Representative (BDR - EG)

Location: Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico

Type: Remote

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Latin American region. The BDR will collaborate closely with the regional Sales and Marketing teams to build the sales pipeline and help the sales team exceed revenue goals. The BDR should have a telesales background, predominantly in B2B enterprise software, and enjoy working in an international environment. This is an outsourced position.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified appointments for the Latin American sales team through outbound and inbound leads.
  • Follow up on and promote all marketing programs – conferences, web seminars, email campaigns, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct online research for target firms in the defined region.
  • Telephone identification of decision makers in targeted companies.
  • Help staff marketing events.
  • Manage SFDC, administrative activities, and database maintenance.
  • Conduct regular cadence meetings with marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Required Skills:
    • 2-5 years of telesales experience in the software industry.
    • Phenomenal phone presentation and communication skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a business discipline).
    • Knowledge of Salesforce, Apollo, Salesloft, and 6sense is a plus.
    • Must be independent and a self-starter.
    • Bilingual (Spanish & English).
