About the Position

Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Milano. This role is focused on building pipelines and qualifying leads for medium-sized Italian companies.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact between Sibill and medium-sized Italian companies, passing only qualified leads to Account Executives
• Build a pipeline through cold calling, email, and social media outreach, targeting entrepreneurs, CFOs, and administrative managers
• Qualify leads before passing them to Account Executives, discarding irrelevant ones and nurturing those not yet ready
• Collaborate and share best practices within the team to improve together
• Work towards achieving revenue and KPI objectives

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing or sales roles (mindset and potential are key)

• Constantly seek new opportunities to improve and learn (sales skills can be taught, motivation comes from you)
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-evolving contexts
• Goal-oriented
• Comfortable with cold calls, high volumes of activity, and repetitive tasks
• A team player: you care that your colleagues also reach and exceed their targets
• Curious about the areas of improvement in companies on the administrative and financial front and to propose solutions
• Resilient: a 'no' on the phone motivates you to make the next call
• Fluent in Italian

We Offer

• 36-40K OTE (base + variable), with the possibility to discuss for experiences beyond this seniority

• Hybrid work: 3 days a week in the office in Milano, 2 flexible days
