About the Role

As a Business Development Representative for the Moroccan market, you will engage directly with a variety of businesses, from independent small enterprises to large corporations. Your role will involve advising these companies on how to digitize their operations through personalized business process demonstrations. Additionally, your negotiation skills will be crucial in attracting new clients and establishing long-term relationships.

However, your responsibilities extend beyond sales; you will also be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions within a 3-month period, including follow-ups and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process and maintain long-term client relationships
• Handle incoming leads, initial contact, and business needs assessment
• Analyze the activities, processes, challenges, and pain points of SMEs
• Lead negotiations and close deals
• Conduct custom product demonstrations and present the value and pricing of Odoo

Requirements

• Strong business knowledge and curiosity
• Genuine interest in IT & software
• Languages: English, French, Moroccan
• Analytical mindset and a fighting spirit
• Strong relationship and negotiation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Work permit in Belgium
• 1-3 years of experience

Full-time CDI Contract

• 38 hours/week, including 2 remote workdays per week, with flexible hours
