About the Role

As a Business Development Representative for the UK market, you will engage directly with a wide range of companies, from small independent businesses to well-established corporations. Your role will involve advising these companies on the digitalization of their operations through customized demonstrations of their business flows. Additionally, your negotiation skills will play a crucial part in acquiring new clients and fostering lasting relationships with them.

However, your responsibilities extend beyond sales: you will also be responsible for cultivating client relationships and ensuring the smooth implementation of our solutions for a period of 3 months, handling follow-ups, and ensuring everything works perfectly.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales cycle and maintain long-term client relationships
Handle incoming leads, make the first contact, and qualify business needs
Analyze the activities, workflows, challenges, and weaknesses of SMEs
Conduct negotiations and close deals
Conduct personalized product demonstrations and present the value and pricing of Odoo

Requirements

Solid business knowledge and curiosity
Genuine interest in IT and software
Languages: English native
Experience in the UK market!
Analytical vision and fighting spirit
Good negotiation and relationship skills
Good organizational skills
Work authorization for Belgium
Between 1 to 5 years of experience
