Responsibilities

• Represent GoInteractive with a deep understanding of our offerings
• Formulate and execute a clear and effective sales strategy aligned with the company's business plan
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies
• Meet with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing applicable solutions
• Track and communicate key metrics and business trends related to partner relationships
• Oversee the end-to-end process from lead generation to contract finalization
• Participate at conferences and on-site meetings with clients and prospects

Requirements

• Related professional qualification
• Established potential customer base or extensive contacts in various business domains worldwide
• Successful sales experience in B2B sales (tech staffing services preferred), consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven customer relationship management experience with small/medium-sized companies and enterprise customers
• Ability to drive the sales process from planning to close
• Quick learner with a good understanding of the tech industry/software development and customer`s needs
• Advanced/Fluent English level, both written and verbal
