The Boeing Company is seeking a Business Integrator Manager, reporting to the Supply Chain Strategy Senior Manager, working out of the Everett, Washington office.
The Business Integrator Manager will serve as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting the Vice President of Supply Chain Stability. This role is critical in driving alignment, operational excellence, and execution discipline across Supply Chain Strategy, In-Service Supply Chain, Work Movement, and Global Field Operations. The incumbent will enable the VP to scale impact by managing cross-functional initiatives, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.
This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority. The role demands discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex aerospace environment.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support
- Act as a trusted advisor to the VP, providing strategic counsel and operational insights.
- Anticipate the VP’s needs and prepare materials, presentations, and communications for executive meetings, reviews, and both internal and external engagements.
- Facilitate leadership team alignment by managing agendas, capturing decisions, and driving follow-through on commitments.
- Support the VP in prioritizing initiatives and managing competing demands to maximize organizational impact.
Operational Excellence & Business Integration
- Design, implement, and maintain operating rhythms, including leadership cadences, review cycles, and planning across the Supply Chain Stability organization.
- Lead cross-functional coordination and integration of Supply Chain Strategy, In-Service Supply Chain, Work Movement, and Global Field Operations initiatives.
- Identify operational friction points and develop scalable solutions to improve workflow, communication, and execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in business processes, tools, and governance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support risk identification and mitigation planning related to supply chain stability and operational execution.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Develop clear, concise, and executive-ready communications, reports, and dashboards to inform decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely information flow.
- Foster strong relationships across Boeing Commercial Airplanes, suppliers, and partners to support supply chain stability objectives.
Special Projects & Change Leadership
- Lead or support high-impact, cross-organizational projects and initiatives on behalf of the VP.
- Champion change management efforts to embed a culture of responsiveness, lean operations, and customer focus within the supply chain organization.
- Monitor progress against strategic goals and provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Candidate must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
- 3+ years of experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
- Must be able to work outside of standard business hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) as per business requirement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working in aerospace or manufacturing environment
- Experience with operating cadence design and business process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher

Salary Range: $130,050 USD - $175,950 USD
