Responsibilities

• Become an expert in corporate performance management: Focus on maximizing the efficiency and quality of Financial Analytics processes.
• Create financial monitoring, planning, and forecasting models (FP&A): Develop consolidated models for groups and companies.
• Introduce common cost allocation structures and reporting: Ensure compliance with local financial GAAP.

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Economic Disciplines (or other technical-scientific disciplines).
• Technical Skills: SQL, VBA, R, Board. Basic knowledge is sufficient as training is provided.
• Interest: Strong interest in financial efficiency and business strategies.
• Office Applications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Team Player: Altruistic, dynamic, enthusiastic, resilient, and positive.
• Data Transformation: Ability to convert business data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Language: Fluent English, preferably with international experience.
• Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

We Offer

• Contract Type: Apprenticeship contract or permanent contract. CCNL Commercio.
• Salary: Indicative annual salary range: €26,000 - €28,000. Placement within the range is based on technical skills, experience, and selection outcomes.
• Work Mode: Hybrid.
