Chris Shelton leads a team that is responsible for developing global CRM lifecycle strategies for Ubisoft’s portfolio of games. The Business Intelligence Developer working on this team is responsible for transforming the data and reporting environment essential to the team’s ability to understand campaign performance, accelerate test and learn strategies and identify and implement improvements. The role encompasses everything from understanding the business goal and current operating environment, identifying and implementing any necessary changes to data pipelines and data sources and developing visualizations to be consumed by the business teams. The role requires working cross-functionally with the CRM Strategy, Enterprise Data, CRM Ops, IT and Analytics teams.
