About the Position

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our passionate team in Radom. If you have a knack for designing BI applications using Qlik Sense or Power BI, and you thrive in a collaborative environment, we want you on board!

Responsibilities

Designing and creating Business Intelligence applications (Qlik Sense / Power BI)
Developing advanced reports and dashboards
Implementing and managing BI systems
Conducting presentations and training sessions (online and onsite)
Supporting the sales of BI solutions
Engaging with clients and gathering business requirements
Documenting completed work and projects
Collaborating with implementation, marketing, and sales departments

Requirements

Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle)
Ability to work with data and ETL processes
Proficiency in SQL and data processing logic (conditions, aggregations, joins, conditional functions)
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication skills and client interaction
Independence and good work organization
English proficiency at level B2
Valid driver's license category B

Nice to Have

Experience with Qlik Sense or Power BI
Familiarity with Windows Server, HTML/CSS, JS, AngularJS
Knowledge of.NET,.NET Framework, DevExpress
Experience with GIT, Bitbucket, JIRA, Azure DevOps
Experience in working with business clients
