Responsibilities

As a Business Lead, you will:

• Lead the strategic and daily relationship with the client's key stakeholders
• Understand business and communication objectives and translate them into opportunities for the teams
• Lead meetings, presentations, status updates, and strategic spaces with the client
• Build clear and actionable briefs for internal teams
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of creativity, content, influence, strategy, and production
• Ensure alignment between client needs and proposed solutions
• Identify growth and business development opportunities within the account
• Support the construction of strategic and commercial proposals
• Manage expectations, priorities, and possible scope changes
• Follow up on deliverables, timelines, and quality of initiatives
• Identify risks and anticipate possible operational issues
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with the client
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the operation and business

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client management, account management, strategy, marketing, or business development
• Experience in advertising agencies, communication, marketing, or digital ecosystems
• Experience leading high-complexity accounts or projects
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinking and commercial vision
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and high-speed environments

• Experience working with beauty, cosmetics, mass consumption, or retail clients
• Experience with regional or global brands
• Experience with content, influencer marketing, social media, or Creator Economy
• Experience with 360° integrated projects
• Experience in business development or account growth
• Experience working with LATAM teams
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
