Business Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Manager to join our team in Kraków. In this role, you will build on an established business foundation while progressively taking ownership of new relationships and business development within the banking industry. You will focus on selling IT services and solutions, building effective, long-term business relationships, and collaborating closely with Delivery, Recruitment, and technical teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers. If you have strong sales instincts and excellent stakeholder management skills, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Developing and growing business relationships within the banking industry
• Acting as a trusted advisor for IT services and solutions
• Identifying client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into tailored service offerings
• Driving end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation and opportunity qualification to deal closure
• Actively expanding accounts through upselling and cross-selling of IT services
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and business units to ensure competitive, high-quality proposals aligned with client expectations

Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven experience in services sales, account management, or business development
• Strong professional relationship-building skills, particularly with enterprise or international clients
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with confidence in working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Readiness to work from the Kraków office three times per week
• Fluent English
