We’re looking for a passionate, eager to grow Business Manager to join our management team in Lisbon (hybrid work model).
Responsibilities
- Business prospecting and attraction of new customers
- Strong commercial skills and a strong orientation to results
- Build relationships with new clients to understand their needs
- Continuous management of the customer's portfolio
- Able to understand the business and customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Monitoring business metrics
- Attract IT talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Understand the importance of managing relationships with consultants, implementing strategies to retain our talent
- Be fluent in English and able to have a conversation in another European language (French or German preferably)
