We are currently seeking a Business Operations Intern to join our Bosch Mobility UK business. This role offers a broad introduction to business operations, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement while developing the skills and experience needed for a successful future career.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations, Supplier & Contractor Management

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the BWTC site.
  • Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Raise purchase orders and support invoice processing.
  • Manage contractor administration and documentation.
  • Coordinate visitor management activities.
  • Coordinate resolution of facilities and meeting room issues.
  • Maintain action trackers and ensure follow-up of site activities.

• Business Support

  • Support PA to EVP and central function activities across BBM UK.
  • Assist with reporting, presentations, communications, and meeting coordination.
  • Support internal events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.

• Continuous Improvement & Digitalisation

  • Support process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with AI, automation, and digitalisation projects.
  • Help develop dashboards, reporting, and business insights.

Requirements

• Candidate Profile
  • Undergraduate seeking a 12-month industrial placement.
  • Studying Business, Management, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interest in business operations, project coordination, and continuous improvement.
  • Interest in AI and digital technologies desirable but not essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI and digital technologies.

Additional Information

• Duration: 12 months beginning in July 2027.
• Location: Nuneaton office.
• Program: Exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme.
• Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
• Right to Work: Must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement.
