About the Position

Business Operations Partner D/A/CH (m/w/d)

Wellspect Healthcare, a leading provider of innovative medical devices, is seeking a Business Operations Partner D/A/CH to support commercial operations with data accuracy and process improvements. This role is based in Elz, DE, and is part of Dentsply Sirona, the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental equipment.

Responsibilities

Data Management: Maintain accurate and complete customer data in the ERP system, coordinating updates and corrections as needed.
Collaboration: Work with customer service and finance departments to resolve operational issues related to order-to-cash processes.
CRM Administration: Serve as the local CRM superuser and first-line support for commercial teams, ensuring data quality and completeness.
Reporting: Create regular reports and dashboards to support sales and marketing teams.
Process Support: Assist in the analysis of sales performance, customer activities, and commercial KPIs. Support commercial initiatives such as segmentation, targeting, and territory planning.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Several years of experience in Business Analyst, Commercial Controlling, or a similar role in commercial operations, corporate support, or data management.
Skills:
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or finance.
- Strong knowledge of commercial processes such as pricing, order management, and customer data handling.
- Advanced skills in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
