Responsibilities
- Strategic planning: Crafting a vision for the future development plan to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth
- Business acumen: Dealing with various business scenarios and insights of risk and opportunities to make sound decisions
- Financial management: Understanding of budgeting and financial statement to ensure the financial health of the business
- Leadership: Recruiting and developing team members to foster teamwork and optimize their contribution to business success
- Other adhoc tasks from GM
Requirements
- Above 8 years of relevant work experience in project manager or product manager, management positions, etc. leading a team and successfully launching new products. Entrepreneurship experience is a plus
- Education: Bachelor degree or above
- Enthusiasm: Results-oriented, team spirit, willing to travel
- Language: Fluent in English
