About the Position

fint8 is a financial consulting company that helps businesses understand their numbers and make decisions based on them. We are looking for a Business Partner who will be responsible for building strategic client relationships, developing a project portfolio, and supporting the team to achieve long-term results.

Responsibilities

Managing client expectations and the quality of cooperation.
Building long-term relationships with the client's owner or top management.
Participating in strategic discussions on client business development – identifying opportunities for expanding cooperation (upselling).
Providing consulting support to the client.

Requirements

Hard skills:

At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Director.
Financial/economic education.
Experience and skills in financial analysis and reporting.
Financial planning and forecasting skills.
Knowledge of accounting.
Knowledge of tax legislation (VAT and income tax).
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Programs and systems: 1C, BAS.
Understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
Project management: prioritization, task setting, resource and task allocation among performers considering their competencies.
English language – B2 and above.

Soft skills:

Experience working with business owners or top management.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience in developing a client portfolio or consulting projects.
Strategic thinking and business orientation.
Ability to work with a team and develop people.
Proactivity in finding new opportunities for client development.

We Offer

Remote work format and semi-flexible schedule (we expect the employee to be available for calls and meetings from 10:00 to 17:00 Kyiv time).
Possibility to work fully remotely or in the office (Odessa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
Paid vacation – 18 working days, 8 paid sick days per year without certificates, and 11 public holidays.
A fund of $1400 for development and training, including English courses (the company covers 50% of the training cost ($700), the employee also covers 50% of the cost).
Additional paid days off provided in certain life circumstances.
