About the Position
Business Partner Lead
We are currently seeking a Business Partner Lead for ING Hubs in Makati City, Philippines. This role is pivotal in supporting the Operational Design Control and Resilience (ODCR) organization, focusing on the development and global implementation of integral risk and control frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10 to 15 Non-Financial Risk experts.
- Facilitate, support, and motivate team members.
- Create balanced risk awareness across the global ODCR community.
- Manage non-financial business control on a day-to-day basis.
- Execute key-control testing for both generic and specific controls.
- Track relevant developments and innovations (internal and external).
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Banking or Business Control, Risk, and/or Internal Audit.
- 10+ years of experience in Process and Internal Control Implementation, Coordination, Scheduling, and Key Control Testing.
- Experience in a 3 Lines of Defense environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in conducting Non-Financial Risk Assessments.
- Ability to perform varied simultaneous tasks in a medium to high complexity environment.
- Strong coordination skills with various parties of different nationalities.
- Ability to write and summarize test results in a detailed and concise manner.
- Experience with various testing techniques such as corroborative inquiry, observation, re-performance, examination of documentation, and analysis of data sets.
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing and upskilling Business Control Officers using Agile rituals and practices.
