About the Position
Business Partner Lead
Location: Makati City, Philippines
Employment Type: Full time
Responsibilities
As a Business Partner Lead, you will be part of the Operational Design Control and Resilience (ODCR) organization, supporting BSF. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of 10 to 15 Non-Financial Risk experts.
- Facilitating, supporting, and motivating your team members.
- Creating balanced risk awareness by simplifying non-financial risk and 1st line business control for the global ODCR community, local and global management, and others involved.
- Managing non-financial business control on a day-to-day basis.
- Executing key-control testing for both generic and specific controls throughout ODCR.
- Keeping track of relevant developments and innovations (internal and external).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of work experience in a Banking or Business Control, Risk, and/or Internal Audit environment.
- 10+ years of experience in Process and Internal Control Implementation, Coordination, Scheduling, and Key Control Testing/Audit of Design and Operating Effectiveness.
- Experience in a 3 Lines of Defense environment is an advantage.
- Experience in Conducting Non-Financial Risk Assessments and knowledge of assessing the level of Residual Risk is a must.
- Ability to perform varied simultaneous tasks in an environment of medium to high complexity.
- Coordination of goals, progress, tracking, and follow-up with various parties of different nationalities.
- Ability to write and summarize test results in a concise and complete detailed output.
- Experience in various testing techniques such as corroborative inquiry, observation, re-performance, examination of documentation, and analysis of data sets to determine testing operating effectiveness.
- Responsibility in managing and upskilling other Business Control Officers using Agile rituals and practices.
