Business Process Architect

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Architect to join our team. Hyperautomation is a rapidly growing movement within the IT and business world, and at Incentro, we are actively growing with it. Responsibilities

As a Business Process Architect, you will help organizations redesign and automate their business processes with modern technology. Camunda plays an important role as a platform for process orchestration. At the same time, you always look beyond just one technology. In our solutions, we combine process orchestration with integrations, applications, and automation. We work with technologies such as UiPath for RPA, Workato for integrations, and the Thinkwise Platform for application development.

Requirements

• A HBO bachelor or master degree. An education with a focus on Business, IT, or engineering is a plus
• Extensive experience in the field of IT architecture, both functional and technical
• Experience with TOGAF, Archimate, or similar certifications/training
• Experience with process, BPM, or integration software such as Blueriq or Pega. Experience with Camunda is a plus
• Curious about AI and the deployment of agents within intelligent systems
• Knowledge of - or curiosity about - the following techniques: BPMN/DMN, Microservices, Java or Python, APIs, Databases, Docker and Kubernetes, DevOps is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Integration, Apps, RPA, Lean is a plus

• Fluent Dutch (and English) communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms such as Pega Platform or Blueriq

About the Team

You will join a driven Hyperautomation cell within Incentro. This team is developing rapidly and working with a lot of energy on innovative projects. Within the practice, we combine different disciplines such as process orchestration, RPA, integrations, and app development. This combination ensures that we can truly help clients with their automation issues end-to-end. Within the team, an open culture prevails in which we challenge each other, share knowledge, and together build the growth of the practice.

We Offer

First of all, we offer you a salary between 4000 euros and 6000 euros gross (excluding holiday allowance) depending on your experience.
