About the Position
Business Process Consultant - SuccessFactors / SmartRecruiters (with German) - Hungary
Join SAP as a Business Process Consultant in Hungary, leveraging SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters to enhance HR operations with AI.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support services and solutions that improve customer outcomes.
- Serve as a key client contact through the full implementation lifecycle.
- Advise clients on how to activate and adopt AI-powered features within SuccessFactors.
- Apply business process analysis to map requirements to solution capabilities.
- Support AI workforce transformation planning efforts.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module.
- Experience with Time Management, Employee Central, or Smart Recruiters.
- Familiarity with the AI capabilities in SuccessFactors.
- Fluent in German and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI adoption and business process analysis.
