About the Position
We are seeking a Business Process Reengineering Specialist for a contract position in Lansing, MI. This role requires a professional with over 5 years of experience in training/teaching and Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process reengineering strategies
- Collaborate with BA, QA, and DEV teams
- Create as-is/to-be processes and content
- Utilize Azure DevOps for project management
Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- 5+ years of overall experience and a bachelor's degree
- Training/Teaching background - 5+ years
- Azure DevOps knowledge (comfortable with creating epics/features for projects) - 5+ years
- Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities
- Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation - 5+ years
