About the Position
We’re looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our Business Support Team!
In this role, you will support our core business-buying and selling tech devices and solutions-ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer experience.
📍 Location: Hinnerup, Aarhus
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end RMA processes and provide after-sales support to customers
- Maintain high-quality product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our ERP system
- Create and update product information, including ETA management
- Support daily operations related to products, services, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, sustainability goals, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Procurement and Sales teams
Requirements
- Relevant education, training, or experience in a similar role (e.g. administration or e-commerce) is an advantage; however, the position is also suitable as a first career opportunity
- Strong Excel skills and experience working across multiple systems and platforms
- Ability to work both operationally and in a structured way
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish is an advantage
- Analytical mindset and curiosity towards new tools and systems
- Structured, detail-oriented, and organized
- Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented
- Collaborative with a strong service mindset
