About the Position

We’re looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our Business Support Team!

In this role, you will support our core business-buying and selling tech devices and solutions-ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer experience.

📍 Location: Hinnerup, Aarhus

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end RMA processes and provide after-sales support to customers
  • Maintain high-quality product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our ERP system
  • Create and update product information, including ETA management
  • Support daily operations related to products, services, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, sustainability goals, and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement and Sales teams

Requirements

  • Relevant education, training, or experience in a similar role (e.g. administration or e-commerce) is an advantage; however, the position is also suitable as a first career opportunity
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working across multiple systems and platforms
  • Ability to work both operationally and in a structured way
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity towards new tools and systems
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented
  • Collaborative with a strong service mindset
