About the Position
Join Sii and work on modern IT projects for an international client in the medical industry. We are looking for a Business-system Analyst (f/m/x) who will be a key link between the business and technical teams, ensuring high quality of specifications and software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gathering, analyzing, and agreeing on business requirements and developing solution recommendations
- Supporting Product Owners and development teams in understanding business goals and technical aspects of solutions
- Modeling business processes using BPMN notation
- Creating functional documentation and requirements specifications
- Preparing and approving user stories and acceptance criteria
- Defining and documenting non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security, availability)
- Supporting testing: preparing test scenarios and cases, logging and handling defects in the test environment
- Identifying areas for optimization and actively proposing process or system improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business-system Analyst in IT projects
- Strong technical knowledge of software development processes (development, architecture, data models)
- Ability to approach problem-solving systematically and in a structured manner
- Familiarity with standard modeling techniques (e.g., UML)
- Experience in estimation and sizing techniques
- Previous work in creating technical concepts
- Experience in Enterprise Application Development
- Knowledge of risk management strategies
- Very good command of English
- Required presence in Poland and fluent knowledge of Polish
Nice to Have
- Domain knowledge in medical software
Salary
6000-8000 PLN/hour
