Box is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III (Marketing) to join our Enterprise Systems team to own and scale critical Marketing technology platforms, with a primary focus on Iterable and TrustArc. This role partners closely with Marketing Operations teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions that support Box’s go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary BSA owner for Marketing platforms, with deep ownership of Iterable and TrustArc
- Partner with Marketing Operations, to provide consultative guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Independently lead end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness
- Translate complex marketing, data, and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Design and support data integrations and pipelines using SnapLogic, collaborating closely with Engineering and Data teams
- Use SQL to analyze data, validate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support marketing reporting and segmentation needs
- Evaluate current-state processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend scalable, compliant marketing solutions
- Collaborate in an agile delivery model with Enterprise Systems, Engineering, Data, and external vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Manage and prioritize run-the-business work, including enhancements, defects, and operational issues
- Contribute to the Marketing Systems roadmap, providing input on effort estimation, dependencies, and delivery sequencing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications
- Experience with Marketo, including marketing automation, campaign management, and Salesforce integration
- Strong hands-on experience with Iterable, including campaigns, journeys, segmentation, data ingestion, and integrations
- Experience supporting TrustArc or similar consent and privacy platforms in a marketing or data environment
- Proven experience with SnapLogic, including designing, supporting, or troubleshooting integration pipelines
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution
- Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and marketing automation workflows
- Demonstrated ability to independently own techno-functional deliverables across analysis, design, testing, and deployment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
