Responsibilities
- Prepare high-level technical materials for proposals, ensuring solutions align with client business needs and core platform functionality.
- Elicit, analyze, and manage business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements.
- Participate in solution functional design in collaboration with implementation teams.
- Provide ongoing support to implementation teams as an internal product owner.
- Prepare concise and comprehensive business and technical documentation.
- Conduct presentations and workshops involving business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or Project Manager, with a significant portion focused on eCommerce.
- Diverse range of skills and experience in:
- Conducting presentations and workshops involving business and technical stakeholders.
- Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements.
- Previous experience in a Business Systems Analyst role working with Magento, Adobe Commerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
- Ability to prepare concise and comprehensive business and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in product demonstration and training.
- Strong proficiency in wireframing and prototyping solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience in the digital and/or eCommerce sector, with expertise in working with eCommerce platforms, CMS, Analytics suites (GA, others), EDM, and other core digital platforms.
- Structured project management experience, including scope definition, decomposition, estimation, and project planning.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor’s diploma.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing positions.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems and think creatively.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Magento and Adobe platforms.
- Technical or development background.
- Proficiency in UML (Unified Modeling Language).
- Experience working in a mature Agile environment.
- Ability to elicit and document requirements for system and data integration.
- Experience working with ERP, POS, WMS, or other commerce IT systems.
- Experience in pre-sales support, strategy consulting, business case development, and UX design and research.
- Understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure for eCommerce.
- Data analysis experience or proficiency with data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- PMI certifications, BABOK, or other BA certifications, and TOGAF certification.
