About the Position

Clarity Ukraine is an ambitious team of professional ERP consultants, developers, project managers, and analysts, specializing in the implementation of the world's most popular ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our HR processes are well-structured, including onboarding, mentoring, grading, evaluation systems, and feedback sessions. You can work from anywhere, as we operate in a remote format. This year, we plan to implement several exciting ERP projects for Ukrainian and international clients, so we are actively seeking a Junior Business Systems / ERP Analyst to join our existing project teams.

Responsibilities

Initially, you will:

• Train and familiarize yourself with the system, technical documentation, and project implementation stages.
• Participate in simple tasks on ongoing projects under the guidance of a mentor.
• Gain knowledge and experience for independent work.

Later, your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
• Providing consulting support to clients already using the system.
• Performing tasks related to:
  • Analyzing client business needs.
  • Configuring the ERP system.
  • Engaging developers.
  • Training end-users.
  • Launching the ERP system.

Requirements

What we expect:

• Relevant education in relevant disciplines: computer science, mathematics, accounting, finance, economics, cybernetics, mathematical analysis, statistics, etc.
• Bachelor's, master's degree, or senior student. Or changing professional direction in search of new perspectives.
• Ability to learn, think systematically, be disciplined, open to new experiences, and enjoy communication.
• Strive for ambitious goals and have a good command of English and Ukrainian languages.
