Responsibilities
- Consulting and supporting business customers, by phone and in writing
- Comprehensive customer service: complaint processing, service activations, master data maintenance
- Needs-based sales: contract extensions, add-on packages, new products and solutions
- Close cooperation with the departments (Sales, Finance, Technical, etc.)
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in telephone customer support is advantageous
- Perfect German and good English skills (in speech and writing)
- Very good MS Office skills
- Interest in telecommunications and innovative technologies
- Strong customer orientation, communication talent
- Independent working style, competent and friendly demeanor, solution orientation
- Flexible working hours in shift service, 24/7, five-day week, preferred shift times are taken into account, willingness for sporadic night shifts should be present
