About the Position

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of indirect procurement from Source-to-Pay (S2P), including supplier creation/modification, supplier management, RFQ, contract creation, purchase requisition, goods receipt, and payment.
• Ensure all operations and documentation comply with existing regulations and SOP/WI.
• Negotiate agreements, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Support compliance management and ensure alternate contract terms align with company regulations, local laws, and business needs.
• Optimize efficiency through supplier annual review, procurement category management, paperless initiative, and standard contract template implementation.
• Develop a green catalog to simplify the RFQ process and answer queries from requesting departments.
• Provide procurement consultation to stakeholders and drive process improvement/automation via procurement platforms.
• Support strategic procurement with data, price analysis, and report development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge/use of standard office technology landscape, Microsoft applications, and ERP systems.
• Supply Chain experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced negotiation skills in a challenging, intercultural multi-business environment.
• Ability to lead initiatives and promote acceptance across businesses, functions, and countries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels (English proficiency). Multi-Lingual (English + Japanese nice to have).
