About the Position

We are looking for a C++ Developer to join our Talent Pool. This role is part of a pool of candidates who will be contacted when a relevant recruitment process is initiated. The positions are available in Białystok, Zielona Góra, or Łódź, Poland.

Responsibilities

Implement new features and fix bugs in C/C++
Run automated builds
Validate and test releases
Maintain development pipelines and test scripts
Work in a cross-functional development team, QA, and product owners in an agile environment
Report to the R&D team leader

Requirements

Hands-on development experience in C++ and/or C
Willingness to work closely with the Customer Support team, including paid off-hour duties
Experience with modern CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub and Jenkins
Backend server programming
Excellent design and analytical skills
High ability to use new technologies and understand them in depth through rapid self-learning
Thorough and methodical approach to any task
Proactive by nature; internal drive for excellence and improvement
Out-of-the-box thinking, team player, strong interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Polish, good writing skills

Nice to Have

Experience working with network protocols, OSI Network model
Familiarity with security protocols involved in secure communication, such as SSH
Experience in Python/C#/Java
