About the Position

Join Rublon to work with a team of cybersecurity enthusiasts who are building the future of enterprise user authentication. Rublon is a multi-factor authentication platform used by hundreds of customers across the globe to protect employee logins to networks, servers, and applications. Rublon is a service of Adips, a member of Astec Group.

We are looking for a long-term employee or contractor who will support ongoing development efforts in the following project:

Development of Rublon Connectors for Microsoft Technologies

Rublon provides connectors that provide multi-factor authentication for Microsoft technologies written in C#/.NET: Remote Desktop Web Access, Remote Desktop web client, Outlook Web App (OWA). We want to enhance these products by supporting more use cases and IT environments.

How You’ll Work

Location: 100% remote or office in Katowice, Krakow, Poznan, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Zielona Gora
Technology Stack: C#, .NET, C++, Windows API, C++, Active Directory, FIDO, Inno Setup
Team: 6 Developers, 1 Tech Lead, 1 Technical Writer, 1 Product Manager
Language: Polish or English for communication with team members; English for project documentation and commit comments
Hardware: modern laptop, two external monitors, Jabra headset, keyboard, and mouse

Responsibilities

Development of Rublon connectors for Microsoft technologies
- Develop additional features for the Outlook Web App connector
- Enable high availability deployments on large-scale IT infrastructure for hundreds of thousands of users
- Add native compatibility with FIDO2 security keys
- Add support for Azure Active Directory identities
- Upgrade installer to MSI format
Develop enterprise software solutions for user authentication
Development takes place locally on your company laptop as well as on external testing environments
Analyze requirements, create concepts, and discuss them with the product manager
Monitor code quality and perform code reviews
Design, implement, and execute development and integration tests

Requirements

Experience with C# and.NET software development
Experience with C++ software development
Knowledge about Windows API
Ability to confidently communicate with peers
Knowledge of Polish or English language

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Windows Server administration
Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Experience in development of installation packages (e.g., MSI)
Knowledge of other programming languages like Java, Python, or PHP
Knowledge of software application security
Demonstrated success as part of a distributed team
Good knowledge of English language (level B2 or better)
