About the Position

CAD/CAM Product Manager

We are seeking a CAD/CAM Product Manager for our team in Tokyo, Japan, with experience in product management and the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Localization: Develop and manage a product roadmap that aligns with global strategy while addressing Japan-specific requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A background in Dentistry or Healthcare is welcome.
Experience: 5+ years of product management experience. Experience in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry is preferred, with practical experience in the Japanese market.
Forecasting and Analysis Skills: Practical experience in demand forecasting, data analysis, and market research, capable of deriving actionable insights and demand forecasts.
Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of Japan's regulatory processes, including requirements from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) and the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) for medical devices.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum development.
Customer Orientation: Deep understanding of the Japanese dental market and a passion for creating solutions that meet the needs of Japanese dental professionals and patients.

Experience working with Japan's medical device regulatory authorities.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM and imaging technologies widely used in Japanese dental clinics.
Experience using demand forecasting tools and product management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and analytical tools.
