About the Position
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused CAD/CAM Sales Specialist to join our sales team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys relationship building, solution selling, and working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell CAD/CAM and Digital Impression solutions within your assigned territory
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve budget targets
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer education sessions
- Build strong relationships with dental professionals and key stakeholders
- Manage the sales process from quotation through to delivery and installation
- Work closely with Technical Service, Customer Support, and Sales colleagues
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity within CRM systems
- Attend exhibitions, promotional events, and industry activities
- Provide after-sales support and customer training where required
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments
Requirements
- Previous experience in medical, dental, healthcare, or technology sales preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of dental workflows or digital technologies highly regarded
- Formal sales training and dental industry experience desirable
