About the Role

As a Callcenter Agent/Talent Expert (m/w/d), you will be the central interface between candidates, clients, and our marketing team. You will be responsible for the entire candidate journey – from the initial contact to the handover to the client.

Responsibilities

• Conducting initial interviews with potential candidates (via phone or video)
• Pre-qualifying candidates based on clear criteria (technical and personal)
• Referring suitable candidates to our clients, including thorough documentation

Requirements

• Enjoyment of talking to people and a good sense for personalities
• Structured, reliable work approach
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Basic understanding of online recruiting & social media (META, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and eagerness to take on responsibility
• Interest in recruiting processes
