About the Position
CallTech International is one of the leaders in the market of multilingual outsourcing contact centers, with 9 years of experience and operational activities across Europe and the world.
Currently, our company is looking for multilingual experts for the position of callers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys for products and services of the company. The candidate must speak the following languages at a proficient level C2 close to native: German, Turkish, Portuguese, Finnish, Spanish, Dutch, Slovak, Czech, Norwegian.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for renowned corporations on behalf of the company.
Requirements
- Must speak one of the above languages at a native level or close to native, and also must know English at a minimum level of B1;
- Must be able to work with a computer;
- Must have basic knowledge of customer care;
- Must have good diction, be hardworking, active, and reliable.
