At Orangebuddies, we're looking for a Campaign Lead Manager to join our team in Harderwijk.

Your Role
As a Campaign Lead Manager, you will play a key role in managing and expanding our partner network. You’ll build strong relationships, negotiate impactful deals, and directly influence campaign performance. Once your deals go live, you’ll immediately see the results of your work-something that motivates you even more.
Responsibilities
- Selecting and planning affiliate marketing campaigns;
- Managing lead buying campaigns;
- Validating quantities and invoicing customers;
- Daily communication with advertisers, marketing agencies, and affiliate networks;
- Acquiring new advertisers;
- Analyzing campaign results to optimize future performance;
- Identifying new opportunities to grow our member base.
Requirements
- Experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Lead Generation;
- Excellent Excel skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Additional languages are a strong plus (Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch);
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills;
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail;
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated team player;
- Experience with Everflow and/or DataBowl is an advantage.
