About the Position
We are looking for a data-driven Campaign Manager (Casino) to join our growing Customer Relationship Management Team. You'll build and optimize casino campaigns across multiple brands and markets. Your goal will be to create engaging player experiences that increase retention, reactivation, and overall revenue growth. You will report directly to the Casino Campaign Team Lead. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly casino campaigns across multiple markets.
- Coordinate with Design, Content, and VIP teams to ensure accurate delivery of campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance (deposit rate, conversion, engagement, and retention).
- Collaborate with BI and Product teams to define segments and measure the impact.
- Work with Customer Relationship Management Executives to improve campaign flows.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Identify new opportunities for player engagement, cross-sell, and reactivation.
- Participate in A/B testing and reporting to improve communication efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Casino marketing or Customer Relationship Management campaign management (preferably in iGaming).
- Experience with player lifecycle and casino products (slots, live casino).
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management tools (Optimove or similar).
- Comfortable with reports, and Excel (can perform complex functions) /BI tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
