ETAS Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is inviting applications for a full-time position as part of our Campus Hiring program. If you have a passion for shaping beneficial technologies and a solid foundation in computer, software engineering, or related fields, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using C/C++ and Python.
• Understand and apply embedded systems principles, compilation, and linking processes.
• Develop and debug logic for embedded systems.
• Familiarize with large model application development and mainstream agent development frameworks such as LangChain and LLaMA Factory.
• Master core technologies such as RAG, Prompt optimization, and tool invocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, electronic information, artificial intelligence, automation, or related fields.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, compilation and linking processes, and development and debugging logic.
• Familiarity with large model application development and mainstream agent development frameworks such as LangChain and LLaMA Factory.
• Preferred: Mastery of core technologies such as RAG, Prompt optimization, and tool invocation.
• Strong algorithmic thinking and logical decomposition skills.
• Preferred: Experience in code generation, intelligent Q&A, automation workflows, and AI tool deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and self-learning abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: Experience in team projects, competitions, internships, or open-source projects.
