About the Position

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join Capgemini Invent's Energy and Utilities Graduate Programme as an Associate Consultant. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects, develop your consulting skills, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.

Responsibilities

• Support client delivery across strategy, transformation, operating model design, and implementation projects.
• Analyse data, processes, and business requirements to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
• Help develop practical recommendations, business cases, and change approaches that deliver client outcomes.
• Contribute to workshops, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional team activities.
• Leverage digital and AI technologies to accelerate delivery, unlock insights, and drive measurable business value.
• Support wider pathway activities, including community initiatives, thought leadership, business development, and sector engagement.

Requirements

• A minimum 2:2 degree or currently studying towards one.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• A passion for learning new concepts, developing new skills, and stepping outside your comfort zone.
• An interest in innovation, emerging technologies, data, and how these can solve real business problems.
• Confidence to collaborate, communicate ideas clearly, and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment.
