About the Position
Hello everyone!
My name is Kateryna Krupkina, I am a nutritionist and the founder of the Mindful Eating School. My company currently has 2 areas of activity:
- Mindful Eating School. School product - online courses.
- Services of a nutritionist. The product of the direction - personal guidance of a nutritionist.
Mindful Eating School is actively developing, we are scaling very quickly. Today, the sales department is working at 100%, but we understand that for the number of customers who contact us every day we need even more people in the team! Therefore, we are opening a vacancy for a sales manager and are looking for +3 people for direction 2 - services of a nutritionist (consultations and individual support).
Responsibilities
- Sales through correspondence and calls
- Execution of personal and team sales plan
- Selling the services of a nutritionist and educational programs on the topic of healthy eating
- Work in the CRM system
Requirements
- Ambitious and honest person, result-oriented
- Experience in telephone sales from 1 year
- Ability to work with scripts and CRM system
- Discipline and self-organization
- Communicative, easily finds a common language with people
We Offer
- Salary: rate 10,000 UAH + % of sales + bonus system. When executing the sales plan, your reward may exceed 70,000−150,000 UAH ($1800-$4000).
