About the Position
We are seeking a CareFirstBridge/FEP Claims Tester with strong experience in healthcare claims testing to join our team in Remote United States. The role focuses on validating healthcare claims functionality, software releases, and end-to-end claims processing to ensure quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional and end-to-end testing of CareFirstBridge and FEP claims processing.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
- Validate claims processing functionality across software releases and system changes.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to validate requirements and expected results.
- Ensure testing aligns with healthcare claims workflows and business rules.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with CareFirstBridge and FEP claims processing, combined with solid functional and end-to-end testing skills.
- Good understanding of CareFirstBridge/FEP software releases, healthcare claims workflows, business rules, test case development, execution, defect identification, and validation.
- Experience with broader healthcare payer systems, claims lifecycle processes, regression and integration testing, defect management tools, and working within Agile delivery environments.
