Job Description
In the context of a project for a hydraulic sector client, the cartography team integrates georeferenced networks following heritage detections in compliance with anti-damage regulations. The goal is to enrich the database with quality data to enable the visualization of the client's networks through a web GIS application and to automate the generation of response plans to DT-DICT.
Main Missions
- Implement the cartography process
- Conduct pre-collection in the office with the search for works in databases (schemas, longitudinal and transverse profiles, historical plans, etc.)
- Collect works on site
- Plan and organize field interventions
- Technical site visit with surveyors and daily telephone follow-up of detection
- Control the plan, cartography, and validation of data with various stakeholders
- Integrate plans into the database
- Organize meetings with operators and the geodetection project leader within each unit
- Analyze and master regulations and technical files
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the application
- Frequent travel throughout France
Qualifications
Education / Experience
- You hold a BAC+5 degree and have initial experience in cartography.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in QGis/PostGIS and Excel
- Experience managing various cartographic data in a previous project
- Interest in hydraulic issues
