We are currently seeking a Category Manager Kits with Mid-Senior Level experience to join our Category Management Group in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis Detective Work: Perform deep-dive analysis to find information, investigate complex data discrepancies, and identify growth opportunities using advanced Excel tools and BI systems.
• Assortment Strategy Support: Assist in managing the product assortment and participate in hypothesis testing to optimize the category performance.
• Category Execution: Manage the operational aspects of the Kits category, ensuring tasks are brought to completion and practical results are delivered.
• Documentation Process Maintenance: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensure all task updates are kept in order, and standardize category processes.
• Reporting Visualization: Consolidate data from various sources to prepare reports; use PowerBI (or Metabase) to visualize performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments to align on goals and resolve blockers independently.
• Technical Task Management: Formulate clear requirements and write tasks for developers and analysts; monitor their execution, control deadlines, and ensure regular status updates.

Requirements

• High level of analytical skills and logical reasoning
• Detective Mindset, Problem Solving: Strong capability and desire to dig for information, navigate ambiguity, and figure out complex issues independently.
• Ability to bring tasks to the finish line: Focuses on delivering a working solution rather than getting stuck on perfectionism.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Successful experience in project management as an additional advantage.

Nice to Have

• MS Excel/Google spreadsheets Expertise
• BI Tools Knowledge: Experience with Metabase (or similar systems) is a plus; ability to create and use PowerBI reports is highly desirable.
• Russian: Fluent in Russian
