Responsibilities
- Proactive and strategic management of the CEO's agenda and messaging: prioritization of requests, organization of key meetings, arbitration of emergencies.
- Organize all business trips (logistics, reservations, coordination, follow-up of expense reports).
- Draft and format internal communications, strategic documents, and governance materials.
- Implement, structure, and maintain efficient and secure document management tools.
- Manage sensitive information related to the General Management with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in supporting top executives (ComEx / General Management).
- Languages: Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Tools: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, autonomy, responsiveness, reliability, and impeccable discretion.
- Interpersonal skills: Ease in dealing with very high-level contacts, with diplomacy and professionalism.
