About the Position

This role is for a leader capable of assembling a high-performing team and organizing production at a level that meets the best standards for serial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Formation and implementation of the company's development strategy.
• Making strategic and crisis decisions.
• Building an effective organizational structure and management system.
• Operational business management and ensuring the implementation of key goals.
• Team formation, development, and management.
• Building and scaling production from scratch.
• Managing financial, operational, and team performance.
• Interaction with government agencies, partners, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Executive Experience: Proven C-Level leadership experience within the defense sector (MilTech / DefTech or related manufacturing).
• Business Growth: A track record of building or scaling a business.
• Manufacturing Expertise: Experience in establishing teams and processes within a manufacturing environment; deep understanding of production cycles.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and management skills; ability to operate effectively under uncertainty and high responsibility.
• Mindset: Systems thinking and a clear focus on results.
