About the Position

We are looking for a CEO capable of building a commercial enterprise from the ground up, meeting high profitability standards and driving rapid scalability. This role is for a leader who can assemble and lead a team to manage the procurement and sales of goods and components within the defense sector (MilTech / DefTech).

Responsibilities

• Formation and implementation of the company's development strategy.
• Management of financial, operational, and team indicators.
• Formation, development, and management of the team.
• Organization and implementation of all necessary processes and functions: marketing, procurement, sales.
• Development and implementation of standards, regulations, and procedures.
• Ensuring high profitability and rapid scaling of the business.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in a similar executive leadership role within the defense sector (MilTech, DefTech, or related manufacturing).
• Business Development: Solid experience in building teams and commercial processes from scratch.
• Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the goods and components market within the MilTech / DefTech industry.
• Operations: Experience in Foreign Economic Activity (FEA/Import-Export operations).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, systems thinking, and a result-oriented mindset.
• Languages: English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
